Terms of Service

Fash (“Fash”, “we”, “us”) is a social platform for football supporters. Fash is an independent fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league, or any club. Club names, badges, and competition names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK, where required) to use Fash. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and when choosing your supported club. One person may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate points, votes, ratings, or rivalry outcomes.

You retain ownership of the posts, comments, debate replies, match chat messages, ratings, and poll content you create (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Fash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove or hide User Content that breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.

You agree not to:

• Post hate speech, slurs, threats, harassment, or content targeting protected characteristics.
• Dox, impersonate, or share private information about any person.
• Post spam, scams, malware links, or unauthorised advertising.
• Share pirated streams or links to illegal broadcasts of matches.
• Manipulate votes, ratings, polls, points, or rivalry outcomes (bots, scripts, multi-accounting).
• Attempt to probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or other users.
• Misuse reporting tools to target other fans.

Football banter and rivalry trash-talk are welcome — abuse is not. The line is defined in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

Reputation points, fan levels (Bronze → Elite), “Glory”, club dominance status, and similar mechanics are virtual, entertainment-only features. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued at our discretion — including in cases of abuse or manipulation.

Fixtures, scores, and match events are provided by third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Fash is not a betting service and data must not be relied upon for wagering or any decision with financial consequences. The AI assistant generates content automatically and may be wrong; it is provided for entertainment and discussion only.

Watch parties, match chat, and live rooms are user-run spaces. You are responsible for your conduct in them. We do not host or rebroadcast match footage, and you may not use these features to stream or link to unauthorised broadcasts.

We may warn, hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time via your profile. On termination, your right to use Fash ends immediately; some content (e.g. match chat tied to a fixture) may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form.

Fash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy of live data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fash and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Fash after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law grants you other rights. Questions: legal@fash.app.
